Mgr. Radek POKORNÝ - attorney-at-law

• Associate in Rychetský & Hlaváček, Attorneys-at-Law (1993 - 1995).
• Lawyer and director of the IB Real, a. s., Prague branch office, a real estate agency of Investiční a Poštovní banka, a. s. (Investment and Post Bank) (1992 - 1993).
• Legislative Secretary of the MP's Club of the Federal Assembly (Parliament) of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic (ČSFR) (1991 - 1992).
• Graduate of the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague (1992).
• He is specialised in commercial law, copyrights, advertising law, unfair competition and protection of economic competition, regulation of capital markets, financial law, state aid, sales, purchases and takeovers of companies.
• Member of the Supervisory Board of Komerční banka a. s. (1998 - 2001),
