JUDr. Richard WAGNER - attorney-at-law

• Counsellor, Permanent Mission of the Czech Republic to the United Nations Office and other International Organisations at Geneva (in particular World Intellectual Property Organisation - WIPO, Trade Commission of the Economic Commission for Europe - ECE),
• Deputy Permanent Representative of the Czech Republic to the World Trade Organisation/General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade - WTO/GATT (1991 - 1995).
• Senior Research Fellow in the Research Institute of Foreign Economic Relations, Prague (1987 - 1990).
• Lawyer, Insurance Division, Foreign Insurance and Reinsurance Management, Czech State Insurance Company, Prague (1983 - 1987).
• Graduate of the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague (1983).
• Alumni fellow of the Salzburg Seminar ("Internationalisation of Financial Markets" - 1989).
• He is specialised in commercial and civil law, international trade rules, intellectual property law, unfair competition, economic competition, state aid, medicines, arbitration.
• Member of the Intellectual Property Association of Intermediators and Arbitrators.
• Languages: English, French and German.
